Nathalie was born in Germany to a German mother and an Italian father and has been residing in Los Angeles, California since 2005. She was first certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher in India by the Sivananda Organisation in 2002. Subsequently, in Germany, while studying Psychology, she continued her training incorporating various yoga schools and styles such as Yoga Vidya and Iyengar. Then, in 2005, she found Kundalini Yoga in Los Angeles. A certified teacher through IKYTA, she trained at Golden Bridge Yoga, where she also completed a Level 2 training. Additionally she aquired a Yoga Trance Dance Teacher Training certificate with Shiva Rea. In 2010 she completed The Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga training with Gurmukh Khalsa.
Further she has been studying the work of Dr Joe Dispenza extensively, as well as of Dr Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden. Her work is greatly influenced by these three teachers.
Nathalie mainly works with private clients. She also teaches online classes and corporate clients.
"Nathalie is a passionate, energetic light on the planet. She has so much zest for life you somehow feel more alive in her presence. She possesses a strength and courage in challenging times that is admirable. She is a Yogi, an artist, a singer, a dancer, a creator. There is nothing this woman can't do. And yet, she shares her vulnerability and softness in a unique way, often when you least expect it. She is authentic as a teacher and in everyday life, learning and growing through the ups and downs of life, sharing her wisdom freely from her experience." Rachel Sat Siri Dougherty
