"I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.” Rumi
Welcome!

Thank you for taking a closer look at my work and teaching style. A recording of the text below will come soon. For now, I hope you find the time to read, which seems to be a rare thing these days as the continuous use of electronic devices, internet, apps, etc. have been shortening people's attention span to a frightening degree.

My journey of holistic health began nearly 21 years ago, first as a student of yoga, then as a teacher and still and always as a student of all matters concerning human potential, health and transformation.

I am a pragmatist. Things have to make sense to me, then the most important part is how to actualize and get real results. Yoga worked for me in that way. I always felt better after a class. I wanted to know more and became very "hungry" to find solutions for my overall wellbeing and health as I was an extremely depressed person with chronic physical conditions that come with such emotional and mental states. Yoga, and more so meditation, are the few things I have come across that can make a difference, but my eyes always spy on new progressive scientific research, too, which I incorporate as much as possible into my own life and my work. The wealth of knowledge I gained over the years was initiated by teacher trainings, continuous education in the field of the mind/body connection, such as Neuroscience, Neuroendocrinology, Psychoneuroimmunology, Epigenetics and Quantum Physics, but foremost through my own practice and using my body as a "laboratory".

All study of knowledge doesn't change anything if it is not practiced and actualized. This is the hardest part of any journey, particularly in health and well-being. I worked with many people from all walks of life, different ages, level of fitness and conditions. A common denominator I have noticed when I start to work with clients is shortness of breath, a weakened central nervous system, accompanied with hormonal imbalances, a big one is adrenal fatigue, and lack of or false use of core strength. The nervous system is our base power. If it is out of balance, nothing you are going to do or take will give you enough energy and help to lead a harmonious life. It’s the same with core strength. You won’t have any foundation within yourself on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level. Therefore building a strong basis is my main focus in the beginning stages of working with clients. With the fundamentals covered you can go anywhere. There are no limits to the human potential!

At this time and space we need strong nervous systems, glandular systems and a steady mind to navigate wisely. Yoga can give you tools that you will benefit from. I am not saying that it is the only way, it is not for everyone, and surely not everyone who claims to be practicing yoga is actually a real practitioner. Doing yoga poses alone cannot be called yoga. If it has become a meditation in motion, it is. It’s a state of mind, a state of being.

Ultimately yoga and meditation are paths of consciousness, awareness and self-discovery. It is a holistic approach because it incorporates body, mind and soul through posture, mental focus and breath. The wisdom and the power of the physical body never ceases to amaze me. The breath is the most transformational tool I know. Just by doing breath work, meditation and physical movement, so much can be sorted out, healed and transformed. It is through the understanding how our bodies and mind work and the mastery of them, that we can grow spiritually.

Spirituality is not an abstract concept. To me it is a very practical approach that connects us to the source of life, that pulsating, vibrant energy that runs through the universe and us when we feel most alive. Becoming a "modern mystic" is not a distant spiritual and physical discipline done on a top of a mountain far away from civilization anymore, only exclusively available for certain people. It has become a necessity and the businesses of personal development are one of the fastest growing industries in the US simply because humanity has a strong demand for change and for something that connects us back to the source within us.

Thank you!
